The staff was friendly and willing to help. The hotel provided many activities to keep guests entertained during their stay, and the nature surrounding the hotel was beautiful. the shuttle service was a great convenience, making it easy to get around.
The room was very humid and uncomfortable to stay in. it was hard to communicate with the staff as there was only one person who knew English, and without their help, it was difficult to navigate through the hotel.

The hotel has some enjoyable outdoor activities like pingpong, darts, and even sega games. Guests can relax in private baths that are available here, which is a plus. Sometimes the hotel staff turns off the lights during dinner time and offers guests desserts with candles, which is lovely.
It's a bit frustrating that some staff members do not speak excellent English, making it challenging to communicate.

The hotel was situated amidst serene natural surroundings, which was a delight for nature lovers like us. the shuttle service provided by the hotel added extra comfort to our stay. We particularly enjoyed the various outdoor activities such as ping pong, darts, and Sega. the light being turned off during dinner time and the subsequent presentation of desserts with candles was an unexpected surprise and added to the Xmas spirit.
We had a minor issue with the humidity in the room, which was uncomfortable. the language barrier was an issue, as not all staff members could speak English.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The best aspects were the friendly staff who provided excellent service, the comfortable bedding, delicious food, and the many outdoor activities for children.
Not one thing was negative about our stay.
